Prophetic Word Submission Form

Thank you for taking the time to pray with us and share what you sense the Holy Spirit is speaking to our church family!  We will read and pray over each and every form of response that is submitted.  This is for everyone from elders, oversight leaders, staff, local leaders, members, and friends of Antioch.  If you call Antioch home, we want to hear what God is impressing on your heart that may apply to the church.
Our staff and elders are excited to provide the submission form below.  This is set up to capture words, visions, and dreams, as we seek to follow the word of the Lord for now, and beyond.  This link will stay live, and you can add a submission anytime!
