Antioch Kids

Check-in begins at 10 am on Sunday mornings before service begins, and class doors open at 10:15 am. If it's your first time, we encourage you to arrive early to get your kid(s) checked in.

Our classrooms are divided by age and have developmentally appropriate teachings for that class. If your child has additional needs that we should be aware of, please let us know at check-in. Don’t worry! We don’t want to turn you away! We want to welcome you in and create a space where your child belongs. Our classrooms are run by pillars under the oversight of our Kid’s Pastor, Nikki Hayes.

Antioch Kids utilizes Timeline Kids, a biblically-based curriculum, designed to help facilitate a fun atmosphere where our children can enjoy learning scripture with a focus on the love of God, the need for Jesus, and practical ways to walk out their faith.

The faithful individuals who serve as teachers, check-in experts, floaters, etc, are called Pillars; to honor the way they serve a vital way they carry Antioch Kids. All of our trained pillars are required to have a background check, an interview, and a character recommendation from a trusted leader. As our ministry continues to grow, we are always looking for more pillars to serve our kids! Let us know if you would like to join our Pillar Team.

Every child who enters this class will be met with kindness, gentleness, and joy. They will not leave our class without being prayed for by name. We will contact parents if littles are having a hard time transitioning because we believe that you are their safe space and their number one discipler.

Every child who enters this class will be met with kindness, gentleness, and joy. They will not leave our class without being prayed for by name. We will dance and sing praises and play to connect with the heart of the Father. They will have a short lesson that is repeated throughout the month to help reinforce the Word of God and a craft to take home to help their grown-ups talk about the story with them!

We desire for our elementary school kids to grow in their hunger for the word of God and that they will learn to obey what it says as they actively pursue a relationship with Jesus all 7 days of the week! We focus on small group discipleship time, worship and fun with our KFC (Kids Fun Crew!), and other hands-on activities that help us engage with the deeper truths of Scripture. We also send out monthly “JAM” times, or Jesus and Me times, to help encourage daily time with Jesus!

Every child entering our PreK/Kinder class is met with joy, excitement and an expectation to hear from God. We have developmentally appropriate materials following the Word of God and reinforced with crafts, games, and other activities so that the Word and application seeps into their hearts.
